REGAIR PRODUCT LIMITED WARRANTY

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

This limited warranty is provided by REGAIR and covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for REGAIR products from the date of original purchase.

 

1. Warranty Registration

To validate this warranty, the warranty card must be completed accurately and submitted to REGAIR within seven (7) days from the purchase date. The warranty period commences from the original date of purchase.


2. Warranty Claim Procedure

To make a warranty claim, the original purchase receipt and the completed warranty card must be presented to our service personnel. REGAIR reserves the right to reject any warranty claim that does not comply with these requirements.


3. Warranty Service Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur under normal use, provided the product is installed, used, and maintained in accordance with the instructions outlined in the Instruction Manual.


4. Service Period

If a defect arises within the first two(2) years from the purchase date*, REGAIR will resolve the issue free of charge by repairing or replacing defective parts or modules. This complimentary service is valid only when performed by REGAIR's authorized technical team.

5. Effect of Service on Warranty

Service provided under this warranty does not extend the original warranty period. Any parts or product replaced during the warranty period are covered only for the remainder of the original product warranty period.


6. Labor & On-Site Service Charges

For service requests made after the first two (2) years from the purchase date, the user shall bear all applicable labor and on-site service costs.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REGAIR shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.


8. Geographical Scope

This warranty is limited to new products sold by REGAIR authorized dealers and is valid for domestic household use within Malaysia only(Excluding Sabah and Sarawak).


9. High Installation Fee

An additional service charge shall apply for appliances installed at a height exceeding 3.05 meters (10 feet) from the ground level.


10. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

The following are not covered under this limited warranty:

· Aesthetic issues such as scratches, dents, or cracks.

·Operational issues including noise, fan imbalance, or defects related to wall switches and power points.


11. Warranty Non-Transferability

This warranty card is non-transferable and non-replaceable, including in the event of loss.


12. Final Decision

REGAIR reserves the right to make the final decision on all warranty claims.

 


WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?

This warranty shall be void and no service shall be provided free of charge in the following circumstances:

  • Installation was not carried out as recommended in the Instruction Manual, or the product has been altered or used in a manner inconsistent with the manual's requirements.

  • Defects are caused by:

  •  Use of third-party products or parts.

  •  Contact with corrosive chemicals.

  •  Accident, misuse, or abuse.

  •  Household pest infestation.

  •  Lightning, natural disasters, or flooding.

  •  Pollution or abnormal voltage conditions.

  •  Use with a generator.

  • The reported fault is not due to a manufacturing defect in the appliance.

  • The appliance has been installed, repaired, or tampered with by unqualified or unauthorized personnel.

  • The serial number or label affixed to the appliance or its parts has been removed, defaced, or altered.

 

In any of the above events, on-site service, labor, and parts will be chargeable to the user.

If your appliance does not function properly upon first use:

 

1. Contact Your Installer: First, contact the installer to verify that the installation and commissioning have been carried out correctly and in accordance with the Instruction Manual.

2. Seek Our Advice: We are available to offer you or your installer any technical advice that may be needed.

3. Contact Customer Service: If the issue remains unresolved, please contact our Customer Service Centre. Our representatives will provide every assistance and, if necessary, arrange for a service technician to visit.

Our dedicated Technical Team provides quality service, ensuring you have the assurance of a REGAIR-trained technician and the use of genuine REGAIR spare parts. All repairs carried out by our team are backed by a 6-month guarantee on the repair work.

Spare Parts

We maintain an extensive range of genuine REGAIR spare parts to support your product throughout its expected life. Spare parts can be purchased directly through our Customer Service Centre. All spare parts purchased directly from us are guaranteed for one (1) month from the date of purchase. Please note that goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In the interest of safety, spare parts that require exposure to mains voltage must only be installed by a competent or qualified person.

No REGAIR dealer, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
